Kelric Solutions is owned and operated by Richard Ivall and his partner Kelly Wood, in Arden, Ontario, which is in the lovely Land’o’Lakes region of Central Frontenac County. We are one hour north of Kingston, and an hour-and-a-half west of Ottawa on Highway 7.
​
Our services are available in a wide area that includes Kingston through the Frontenacs (South, Central, and North Frontenac) as well as from Ottawa itself to all communities along or near Highway 7 to Madoc.
​
Over a long and varied career Richard has built several homes here in Central Frontenac, as well as in Kingston and in Ottawa. He’s personally done every job required in the building and finishing of houses, as well as many renovations, repairs and installations.
​
He is a licensed gas fitter, and can install, repair or replace any gas appliance, including fireplaces and furnaces.
​
He has extensive experience installing and servicing wood and pellet furnaces, fireplaces and stoves, as well as installing and servicing all types of venting, including liners.
​
He is also licensed for most household electrical work, and has wired many homes, service panels and stacks, as well as installed many electrical appliances, fans, lights, etc.
​
He has an extensive knowledge of the National Building Code, including gas, electrical and plumbing. He’s installed and repaired many plumbing supply fixtures as well as drainage systems, and is experienced with both country and city applications.
​
He is also experienced in the design, repair and installation of HRV systems.
​

His other experience includes many hardwood flooring installations, ceramic tile applications, as well as vinyl, laminate and even linoleum or cement floors!

He's installed wood, steel and vinyl siding, as well as the soffit and fascia, and also many doors, interior and exterior, and windows, and their trim.
​
He enjoys the variety of jobs available to him, and has a very strong work ethic. He is very skilled, meticulous in detail, dedicated to quality and very reliable.
